1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the My Adventures App mobile application and web platform ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
My Adventures App is an AI-powered interactive storytelling application that allows users to:
- Create custom stories using AI technology
- Generate illustrations for story scenes
- Make choices that influence story progression
- Save and revisit created stories
- Share stories publicly and engage with the community
- Create stories in multiple languages
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use My Adventures App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App and make purchases.
4. Account Registration
To use My Adventures App, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
5. User Profiles and Social Features
5.1 Profile Creation
You may create a public profile that includes:
- A username (must be unique and appropriate)
- A bio (up to 160 characters)
- A profile banner image
Profile information is public and visible to all My Adventures App users. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of your profile information.
5.2 Social Interactions
My Adventures App provides social features including:
- Following: Follow other users to see their public stories
- Likes: Like public stories to show appreciation
- Comments: Comment on public stories (up to 500 characters)
- Forking: Create your own version of public stories
- Notifications: Receive updates about social interactions
When using social features, you agree to:
- Be respectful and civil in all interactions
- Not harass, bully, or threaten other users
- Not spam comments or engage in manipulative behavior
- Not impersonate others or create fake accounts
- Respect other users' creative work when forking stories
5.3 Public Stories
When you share a story publicly:
- It becomes visible to all My Adventures App users in feeds and search
- Other users can like, comment, and fork your story
- You retain all rights to your original creative content
- You grant My Adventures App a license to display and distribute your story
- You can delete your public story at any time
Content License: By sharing a story publicly, you grant other users the right to fork (remix) your story. Forked stories will credit you as the original creator. This license is non-exclusive and terminates when you delete the original story.
6. Credits and Purchases
6.1 Credit System
My Adventures App uses a credit-based system where:
- 1 credit = 1 story scene generation
- 1 credit = 1 story fork
- Credits never expire
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
6.2 Payment Platforms
Credits can be purchased through the following platforms:
- Web (Stripe): Purchases on our website are processed securely by Stripe. Visa, Mastercard, and local payment methods are accepted.
- iOS (App Store): Purchases on iPhone/iPad are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple's payment terms and policies apply.
6.3 Purchase Terms
- All purchases are final except as stated in our Refund Policy
- Prices may vary by platform and region
- You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
- Each platform's payment terms and policies apply to purchases made on that platform
6.4 Credit Usage
- Credits are deducted when story generation begins
- Credits are refunded only in case of technical failures that prevent scene generation
- Credits used for prompts that violate our content policy are not refunded
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Submit prompts containing violence, hate speech, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to bypass content filtering mechanisms
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell or redistribute content generated by the App
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App
8. Content Policy
All user-submitted prompts must be:
- Family-friendly and age-appropriate
- Free from violence, explicit content, or disturbing themes
- Respectful and non-discriminatory
- Compliant with all applicable laws
Note: Violating our content policy will result in credit deduction without story generation. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. By using My Adventures App, you grant us a license to use your prompts to generate content and improve our services.
9.2 Generated Content
Stories and images generated by My Adventures App AI are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Claim copyright ownership of AI-generated content
- Use generated content for commercial purposes without written permission
- Publish or distribute generated content in ways that violate applicable laws
9.3 Our Property
My Adventures App, including the App, design, logo, and all content not generated by AI, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations
10.1 Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be unavailable due to:
- Maintenance and updates
- Technical issues or outages
- Third-party service interruptions
10.2 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: All stories and images are generated by artificial intelligence. Users should be aware that:
- Content is AI-generated: Stories are created by automated systems and not written by humans
- May contain errors: AI may produce factual inaccuracies, grammatical errors, or inconsistent narratives
- Potential for inappropriate content: Despite our content filtering systems, AI may occasionally generate unexpected or inappropriate content
- We filter but cannot guarantee perfection: No automated system is 100% accurate
- Use discretion: Parents and guardians should review content and supervise children's use of the App
- Quality varies: Story quality, coherence, and appropriateness may vary between generations
By using this App, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to use your own judgment when reviewing AI-generated content.
10.3 No Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or errors
- Third-party actions or content
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Adventures App, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Content you submit to the App
13. Account Termination
13.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting youradventuresp@gmail.com. Unused credits will be forfeited.
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Repeatedly violate our content policy
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Fail to pay for purchases
14. Privacy
Your use of My Adventures App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
15. Third-Party Services
My Adventures App uses various third-party services to provide functionality, including but not limited to:
- Authentication services: For secure user account management
- Third-party AI services: For story generation and content moderation
- Cloud storage services: For image storage and delivery
- Payment processors: Stripe (web) and Apple App Store (iOS)
- Analytics and monitoring services: For app performance and error tracking
- Database hosting services: For secure data storage
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
16. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:

- In-app notification
- Update to this page with new "Last Updated" date
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
17. Dispute Resolution

17.2 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only, not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Adventures App.
