How do I purchase credits?

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Credit balance is in the TOP-LEFT corner  To access in-app purchases: 1. Open the app and sign in 2. Look at the TOP-LEFT corner of the screen 3. TAP the credit balance pill/counter 4. A modal will open showing available credit packs 5. Select a pack and complete the purchase through the App Store 6. Credits appear in your account immediately  Alternative: The purchase modal also appears automatically when you try to fork a story without enough credits.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you've purchased credits but they're not showing: 1. Go to Settings (gear icon) 2. Tap "Restore Purchases" 3. Your credits will be restored within a few seconds  Note: Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

How do story choices work?

After each scene, you'll see 2-3 choices. Selecting a choice costs 1 credit and generates the next scene based on your selection. Each story can go in many different directions!

Can I save my stories?

Yes! All your stories are automatically saved. Access them from the "My Stories" tab at any time.

Can I turn off image generation?

Yes! When creating or continuing a story, toggle the "Generate Images" option. This doesn't affect the credit cost - it's still 1 credit per scene.

Why was my prompt rejected?

My Adventures App uses automated content filtering powered by AI to ensure stories are family-friendly. Prompts containing violence, inappropriate content, or adult themes will be rejected.  Note: When a prompt is rejected, 1 credit is still deducted to cover the content checking cost and discourage inappropriate use.  AI Limitation: Our filtering system uses AI and may occasionally reject appropriate content or miss subtle issues. This is a limitation of automated systems. Use your discretion and try rephrasing if needed.

How long does it take to generate a scene?

Most scenes generate in 5-15 seconds. Image generation may take an additional few seconds. Generation time depends on server load and your internet connection.

Is My Adventures App safe for children?

My Adventures App is designed with safety in mind and includes: • Multi-layer content filtering on all prompts • AI content moderation systems • Moderated social features • No third-party advertising • COPPA compliant (ages 13+)  Important: All content is AI-generated. While we use advanced filtering, no automated system is perfect. We recommend parental supervision and encourage parents to review generated content. AI may occasionally produce unexpected results or errors.

How do I make my story public?

From your story details screen, tap "Share Publicly" and add a description and tags. Your story will appear in community feeds and search results. You can make it private again at any time.

What is story forking?

Forking lets you create your own version of someone else's public story. The original creator is credited, and you can take the story in a new direction. Think of it like remixing!

Can I delete my comments or public stories?

Yes! You can delete your comments and public stories at any time from your profile or the story screen. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Tap the "..." menu on any public story or comment and select "Report." Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours. Users who violate our community guidelines may have their accounts suspended.

Who can see my profile information?

Your profile (username, bio, follower counts) is visible to all My Adventures App users. Your private stories are never visible to anyone but you.

I don't see any credit packs available

If credit packs aren't showing up: 1. Make sure you're on a real iOS device (not simulator) 2. Products may take 4-6 hours to propagate in Apple's sandbox environment 3. Check that your Apple ID is valid for purchases 4. Try tapping the credit balance in the top-left corner again 5. My Adventures App can generate stories in multiple languages! Simply write your character description in your preferred language, and the AI will generate the story in that language.  Note: Story quality may vary by language. English typically produces the most consistent results, but we support many languages including Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and more.

Important: All stories are created by artificial intelligence and have limitations:  • Not human-written: Stories are generated by AI, not written by professional authors • May contain errors: AI can make factual mistakes, grammatical errors, or logical inconsistencies • Quality varies: Some stories will be better than others • Unexpected content possible: Despite filtering, AI may occasionally generate surprising or inappropriate content • Use discretion: We recommend parents review content and supervise their children's use  We continuously improve our AI and filtering systems, but no automated system is perfect.
